- Dial
1-888-350-6031 from USA and Canada or 008006870226 from Mexico
- Enter your 10-digit PIN NUMBER found on the Pin Detail screen once you log into your account
- Enter the number you wish to call.

Web Call Back allows you to use your computer to tell flatrateonline.net where to call you. Flatrateonline.net will call both you and your party and join the 2 calls.
DIAL BACK WEB CALL BACK OPTION
When you use the dial back call option, the system calls you at any phone number world wide and ask for the number you wish to call. You will then enter the phone number you wish to call on a touch tone phone.
STEP 1: Web Call Back
STEP 2: Enter your 10-digit PIN number
in the "Enter PIN" box
STEP 3: Enter your 7869240966 "Enter 800
# or Web Access Code" box
STEP 4: Click on "Dial Back Call"
STEP 5: Enter the phone # where you wish
to be called in "Enter Phone#" Box
STEP 6: Select "Connect now" or
"Enter Time and Date" to activate call
STEP7: Click connect call
NOTE: If you have dial up, use the "Select time and date" option. You may schedule multiple calls.

STEP 7: Select "Connect now" or select
"Enter Time and Date" to activate call
STEP 8: Click connect call
NOTE: The system will call you within 30 - 60 seconds with the "Connect Now option". If you have dial up, use the "Select time and date" option. You may multiple calls.
